New Tamagotchi Paradise or Tomodachi Life?

2026 GLA 250 — Not sure how long this bad boy has been in there, but not sure what to do. I was recommended by the dealership not to patch it up as it would ruin the integrity of the tire, and would result in me needing replacement sooner rather than later. They quoted me at about $425 for a replacement tire.
Should I just patch it up, and then replace it once it dies on me? The PSI is currently 36 within range of the other tires as well.
