Perfection

TW: ED

Do i have to be perfect for this to work? I have binge eating disorder and I desperately need to find out what is wrong. I have extreme pain and bloating. And I've been doing low fodmap for two weeks but have "restarted" a few times, sincei feel like ive failed. I find myself binging (with no symptoms most of the time aside from some bloating) I am able to stick to eliminating what is on the no list, but it's serving size on the yes list the ones that push it into high fodmap. I guess what im asking is, do I have to be perfect for this to work? Or can I afford going over serving size every now and again?

Goal change feeling like a quitter

Hey my SW was 265 lbs, my original goal weight was 125 lbs. I am currently 155 lbs. I recently went to my sister's wedding and finally saw the difference I was looking for. And for the first time in forever I liked what I saw. I struggle with body dysmorphia and terrible self esteem issues so this was big for me. I decided I wanted to get in a healthy weight range but maintain how I feel about my body. My new goal weight is 140 lbs. I guess my issue is is I feel like im quitting because I changed my goal to something closer to my current weight. I feel like I'm cheating by changing the target.

Throwing things

Hi I have a 22 month old who has recently started throwing especially when she doesn't want to do something, finished eating or is just done with the activity. She doesn't throw a tantrum or anything, she just chucks it. We are working on all done and hand it to mommy, which works sometimes especially with her plates and bowls when shes done eating. There is no anger or aggression just an "im done and over this". Any suggestions on how to stop this behavior? Any help would be much appreciated. I dont want it to escalate any further than it has! Thanks!

Lotion for dry skin

I'm not sure if my dry skin is related to my diagnosis or not. But I was hoping someone could recommend me a good lotion that actually lasts longer than a few hours and isn't oily. Thanks in advanced!

Noticing

When did you guys start noticing physical differences? I see so many progress photos where people are noticeably making progress (which is so awesome!) I've lost over 100 lbs and I still barely see anything despite dropping two pants sizes (among other things like bathroom towels fitting around my waist) but when I look in the mirror it looks as if nothing has changed. Except maybe my face, ive lost a lot in my face.

Symptoms coming and going

So i was recently diagnosed with sjogrens and I was wondering if anyone had times where they are worse and then it gets a little better? I will have bouts of extreme fatigue for like weeks then it just gets better (not completely). Same with my dry mouth and dry eyes. Sometimes I'm practically drinking biotene and other days I just feel a little parched. I was wondering if anyone else experiences this. Thanks!

Ok so I have a problem. I am currently on a plethora of medication but one in particular causes me to be extra thirsty (and pee... A LOT). I haven't been sleeping well because I've been waking up to either chug water or pee out said water. Some nights its upward of like a gallon! But I can't stop. I've tried drinking a lot before bed but then i wake up the same amount to pee. So then I drink the water. My problem is is that I am attempting to lose weight. But I feel like its messing with my weigh ins. Since mathematically I am in the deficit and exercising and everything (ive also gone off the meds that contribute to weight gain as a side effect). I have lost significant weight, but its always been a struggle getting that scale to go down due to this excess water weight. Is there anything I can do to help maybe drink less during the night without going off the specific med (it basically saved my life)
