Currently 27(M) and I hate when this topic comes up. In my early 20s I went through a bit of a playboy phase where I'd be having one night stands regularly. Cause of that I have a high body count, and I feel the number paints me as someone I no longer am. I haven't slept with many people at all in the past 4 years.

I don't want to lie about the number when asked but also don't want to sound defensive. I'm not really interested in my partner's body count either, high or low.
