Hello, wanted to ask, where can I buy those strobe fireworks that go POP POP POP POP then make a huge explosion sound in the air? If i cant buy them how do I make them?

I've always had problems with my left knee, I dislocated it 20 times from 2023-2025, it got really bad, I got surgery for it 8 weeks ago, not a single dislocation since, im running again, everything was going amazingly.. until 15 minutes ago, my right knee, the one that has never dislocated, dislocated. It feels like all the pain for 2 years followed by 2 months or progress just got destroyed by the same problem on the other knee. I got MPFL reconstruction surgery on the left by the way.
