Wife wants to take Tessa to build more muscle mass in legs

She’s 57 F she wants to take Tessa to gain muscle in the legs along with a high protein diet. Would this be the right peptide for her? She is 5’0 about 120 and has abs so she isn’t out of shape by any means. Her concern is her doctor advised her to grow more muscle in the lower extremities.

Going to Japan

I’ve been pinning my 2mg of Tessa 5x a week going on 6 weeks. My plan was to do 3 months and then check my visceral levels.

Unfortunately I have to go to Japan for 2 weeks and will have to stop after 9 weeks. Will this be very detrimental? Should I continue from day 1 to day 90 upon returning? This peptide is so expensive that I’d hate to lose any progress.

Thanks

How are so many people losing 3-4 pounds a week for 12-16 weeks?

47yr old 241 starting (225 now)I been on Reta for 6 weeks now. First week dropped 7lb of mostly water and inflammation and been dropping about 2lbs since then while keeping my strength at the gym.

I do get a little envious seeing folks drop 10-15lbs a month for 4-5 months. How is this possible without the body going into starvation mode or without losing a bunch of muscle? I was always under the recommendation that anything over 1% loss of weekly body weight would be primarily muscle. For those of you that have been on the meds 10+ weeks and similar weight like myself 225 range, what did you normal daily calories looks like? I’m trying to stay in the 2000-2300 range but I have to admit I am a bit envious of those that have been able to drop 30 or 40 pounds in 3 months
