This is directly under my passenger seat.
I noticed the floor mat was visibly sticking up and i went to push it down.
The metal of the car is warped upwards. That picture shows the metal warped upwards.
I don’t remember hitting any curbs so I don’t know how this could happen, but regardless anyone know how I could fix this.
I see that the clips came loose but how would I push the metal down….
Anything helps haha
Just got the Civic
Tried to do an oil change at home and realized that the filter is in the worst spot of all time, no idea what Honda was thinking, had to take a wheel off to even reach it and even then there is no leverage to actually twist it, tried many things like drilling holes to relieve pressure and to use a screwdriver to twist it-- bought three different tools meant to take off oil filters and no success...
Going to have to get it towed to a shop to actually remove it, previous owner probably tightened it too much so now I'm left with that haha.
But anyone with a FA5/FG2, how do you change your oil filter?
