This is it, Residents of BF Resort Village filled a case against the new Homeowners Association BFRV Talon Homeowners Association Inc. This is for misrepresenting the homeowners and the use of signatures via an attendance sheet.
Around thousand petioners are part of this case versus the 341 so called members of BFRVTHAI.
