Good morning, I'm due for a new phone but that means I would need to switch to a mode expensive Koodo plan.

I was wondering if I could order something like a POCO or Xiaomi phone off Ali? I've done so in the past but at some point, Koodo was enforcing a whitelist for IMEIs for VOLTE (this was 2 years ago).

Is this still a thing or will most canadian networks accept foreign phones?
