Existant? Non existant? Gonna be a freshman this year for illustration 2030 and wanting to know what’s up

I paid $40 for legalshield (I live in Canada and many people said it would work) but the guy who took my case said that the people in this Reddit posting about it working are likely agents trying to promote it. They said that they’ve been emailing and sending letters to META but have been getting them sent back or completely ignored.
