Anybody know of any songs about long distance relationships and stuff? Like coming home by Beabadoobee, stateside by pink pantheress.. etc, do you guys know of any great ones?

I’ve bit my nails my whole life, even when I’m times of stability or peace, I’ve tried conditioning like punishment, I’ve thought about how dirty they are and whatnot, I’ve tried to be less stressed and tried to stop myself, but I can’t, anyone have any last ditch techniques or advice or am I too far gone.
