When Did the Weight Loss Really Kick In for You?

Hello everyone! I just want to start by saying this group is amazing. I’ve found so much support and helpful information here.

I wanted to ask the group a question. I’ve been microdosing at 1.25 mg per week on Zepbound, and I took my fourth shot Monday.

So far, I’ve only lost about 3 pounds.That said, I have noticed some positive changes. My energy levels are better, my overall inflammation seems to be improving, and I’ve been sweating a lot more. I do have some side effects on and off, including nausea, lightheadedness, and dizziness.

My appetite has definitely changed too. Some days I want to eat, some days I don’t. Some days I want to snack, and other days I have no interest at all. Overall, I’ve cut back quite a bit compared to how I was eating before I started.

My question is: How long did it take before you started feeling the full effects of the medication and seeing more significant weight loss?

I’m just trying to get a general idea of what the timeline looked like for others. I know everyone responds differently, so I’ll take everyone’s experiences with a grain of salt.

I’m just hoping to get a better sense of what to expect.
