Possible Disease: leaf Blight bacterial or Fungal

Help me save her, new leaf is coming and this is gonna stress her, the leaf has taken damage but I want to save the plant.

Initial Diagnosis was sunburn but, the patch kept spreading and more research lead to leaf blight, maybe bacterial or fungal. I tried cutting the affected area but as you guys can see the bacteria/fungus kept spreading, I sterilised my tools before and after cutting a part. What can I do to save her. There's a new leaf coming and tgis is gonna stress her. What should be my next steps ?
