Genuinely how can I “feel” smart/believe that I am smart

Apologies for the poor formatting because I’m on my phone. I’m f24, I’ve been in college for many years now. I meet a lot of different kinds of people and I am always in awe of how smart people appear to be. Especially if they are younger.

I am learning a lot about U.S. politics in my classes and I just always feel lost about subjects I’m not understanding right away. I was like damn, I thought I generally knew what was going on in my country but I’m just now learnings about REEs, flock cameras, and how we’re connected to Greenland and shit. I get that college is supposed to be hard and I don’t have to be an expert in everything. But sometimes I feel like people are just naturally tapped into things and I’m not lol. You truly have to make an active effort towards expanding your knowledge but how can I continuously do that and not doubt my smarts as much? Esp as a woman <3

Recently got approved for Medi-cal so I've been shopping around for a new health plan. I've heard mixed reviews about both. I hear more positive things about Kaiser despite the long wait times for an appt

How do you stop worrying when you have many responsibilities

I’m reaching my mid 20s. I am in therapy and I do agree with the concept of “If it’s not in your control, don’t worry about it” but sometimes, that doesn’t seem to be enough lol.

I guess it’s radical acceptance of what you can control and what you can’t but what do y’all think?

Easiest way to order my drink?

I’m also curious to know if my drink is annoying to make. As a barista myself, I try to make another barista’s life as easy as possible!

3 blonde shots over ice, grande cup. 3 honey packs, a salt packet (trust me), extra splash of whole milk, regular splash of cream
