Birth Certificate guidance needed. Pls help

I have applied for german student visa. There’s some difference in my dad‘s name on his nic and my passport .
If i align fathers name on birth certificate as per my passport then they are removing his nic number.
If i keep it consistent with his id, then nic number is mentioned.
Which is the better and safer option?

Currently, it’s like this:(names aren’t real)
Father name on my passport: Abdullah Hassan
Father name On birth certificate: Abdullah
Grandfather name: Hassan.

Birth certificate naming format.. please help

Birth certificate is required by German Embassy for student visa. I am trying to make sure all my documents align.
In the child’s name, should it include my full name (with surname) like on passport or only first name is enough? Like Hania Amir or just Hania?
Second, same question for father’s name section. Does his first name suffice or i should write it exactly how it’s on my passport? His name on my passport is appended with my grandfathers name.
Please help if you have any knowledge. I am trying to not mess up my application

Applied for a german student visa. Can a minor error in name cause issues?

Guys my dad’s name just has an extra ‘h’ on passport and cnic in comparison to my educational documents. Should this be a problem?
For your convenience, it goes something like this:
on educational documents: Baktiar
on passport and CNIC: Bakhtiar.
