So basically I found this guy on Reddit, he looked good so I jokingly commented “are u single” and then we started talking + exchanged Insta. Later I found out he’s 23 and I’m 17 💀 I thought he was max 20. He’s abroad doing his masters. While we were talking on Reddit he randomly said twice that he “isn’t a creep” even though I never accused him, so that felt a little weird.
At first we only talked about movies and series and stuff, and I used to call him unc and send him uncle reels. Then we didn’t talk much for a few days and I was stalking his Insta 💀 and saw he follows another 17 yr old girl. Later we talked normally and he said “age is just a number” and I was like bro that’s weird.
He told me about his TikTok and I saw he follows like 24 foreign girls there, but doesn’t follow those girls on Insta. He says he’s introverted and unapproachable IRL and that those girls are lesbians etc. I found it a bit sus but didn’t know the full thing.
I sent him a risky “age is just a number” type reel just to see his reaction and he replied “bro I told u” 💀. Later I stalked again and saw he follows another 17 yr old girl from Mumbai. Since he’s South Indian and I didn’t think she was related, it felt weird again, so I decided I won’t tell him too much about myself and just get to know things about how life works abroad.
Then we started sending reels, he sent me a lot of random brainrot reels and I sent some too. I sent gay reels and he made a homophobic comment, then explained he isn’t homophobic and said he loves lesbians (probably joking). I told him it seems like a fetish and he said no. Then he said “if you were a lesbian I would have fought everyone for you” 💀 and I was just like “maaf karde bhai.”
Later he sent a reel and said “your type” (it was a catboy/catgirl video). I was in a fun mood so I replied “you’re also my type, don’t say these things about yourself” and bro he didn’t even take it seriously, he just replied “67” 💀 and ignored it.
I also confronted him about the 17 yr old thing and he said he isn’t like that, I’m acting up, and maybe he should stop talking to me. I thought maybe I was too straightforward.
But his nice side is that he’s actually respectful, hasn’t creeped me out or said anything inappropriate. He sends pictures if I ask, sent voice notes, cosplay pics, and randomly sent a “felt cute might delete later” pic which was actually good 😭. He says he’s single because he’s busy with part-time work and hobbies.
So idk, he’s kinda weird/random but also nice, and I can’t tell if he’s just like that or if something feels off.
