I've been using the same windows 11 PC for around 7 months now, never had any major issues, but it's suddenly showing an activate windows watermark. This is the first time it has ever shown that, and all Microsoft related products or services want me to sign back into them.

I feel it's necessary to note that I had already activated windows when I got this PC, and I have 100% bought the windows activation key before.

If anyone knows how I can help this, please respond.
