(MIL’s gift never showed!! I’m scrambling to make it right, and then some. Help!)
We have a grandchild who just turned three years old, and we are completely stumped as to what to get them. The parents specifically asked for no toys whatsoever because they have more than enough, and I will respect their wishes.
So, my question is this: Would it be rude or tacky to buy the child some outdoor play equipment to keep at our house instead of their apartment, because they don’t have a yard whatsoever, and our grandchild is here quite often. I was thinking along the lines of a small pool for a toddlers or maybe even a swing set. What are your thoughts and opinions on this? This is our first grandchild, so we don’t want to offend anyone or step on anybody’s toes, and could just use some advice. Thank you all for any help.!
