18f, 5”2, known gallbladder polyp, PoTS

For the past maybe 2 months (approx) I have been having all over abdominal pain. I have also been experiencing a mix of constipation lasting 2 weeks at a time and diarrhoea afterwards. I’ve also been getting random bruises without explanation all over my body and rashes everywhere aswell. I don’t know if it’s something that I’m eating but I’ve also been waking up in the middle of the night absolutely covered in sweat and having to change my pyjamas. I’m starting to get concerned just because of the duration of this, chrones disease and ceoliac disease were both previously mentioned to me but nothing was ever diagnosed.
