Trying wavy hair methods, now losing hair

I posted a while back about crazy frizzy, frumpy hair and got some suggestions regarding wavy hair methods. I am trying those out, but now I am losing handfuls of hair every time I shower.
Previously I was using Rosemary/rice water shampoo and conditioner bars, and pretreating my hair with fermented rice water, which I have successfully used before to regrow hair. With this routine my hair was dry and frizzy but I didn’t lose much.
Now I am still doing these, but I am also using a leave-in conditioner (Odele), and either a mousse (Not your mom’s) or a curl cream (Marc Anthony). Once a week I do an overnight castor oil mask. Then I plop my hair for a bit and let it air dry the rest of the way.
The moisture and texture of my hair have improved some (though still frizzier and crazier than I’d like. But I am losing so much hair. Any ideas what would cause that and what to do about it? I can imagine losing some after a castor oil mask because it is so heavy, but I’m losing a lot of hair all week long. Any help is appreciated!

Confused about diagnosis

I recently had some gut testing done that showed positive for C Diff. I’m confused though as my symptoms do not seem to match the diagnosis. I have struggled with fatigue, brain fog, and many other issues for years, with a vague diagnosis of an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been seeing a natural doctor to try to figure out how to deal with symptoms. After experiencing some ulcer-like symptoms (such as stomach pain and severe heartburn) we decided to try stool and saliva tests, which is when I got the diagnosis. I have almost never experienced diarrhea—and before this test it had been many years. I was in a course of antibiotics for almost a year when I was 2 years old, and my doctor wonders if the C Diff dates back to then (I am now 37).
Has anybody experienced lifelong C Diff, had any similar symptoms, or have any thoughts about this? The diagnosis just doesn’t seem to match my experience so I am not sure what to do with it. Thanks!!

I need advice on how to defeat intense frizz that defies every serum, oil, spray, and treatment I’ve tried. Granted, I haven’t spent large sums on products, but with our budget I would like to keep it that way. I’m looking for drugstore-type options or off-the-wall cures, anything affordable. The frizz isn’t a charming cat-lady frizz or quaint -Irish-girl-in-a-cottage frizz. It’s unflattering frump frizz. My hair is super fine, so anything oily or heavy flattens it to a stringy hair-cake. Anything less just doesn’t do a thing. I hate posting photos of myself, but for the sake of getting help, I will. This is with curl cream (that did not make my hair any more curly), vitamin E oil, and a desperate dose of hairspray. You should see my hair after a light breeze or sprinkle of rain… but for the sake of my dignity I won’t post those photos. And yes, I desperately need a haircut, I realize.
