Bought a Fri/Sat 2 day bundle but my wristband just says Friday?
Anyone else have this issue? Last year I got two separate wristbands. Now I am concerned that if I try to get in on Saturday with a Friday wristband I am going to get denied. Front Gate isn't doing a thing about it. Anyone else? Better way to handle this?

A couple home oven pies
A couple of 16" regular ole home oven pies. First one with some roasted red peppers and the second a plain cheese.
48h cold ferment. Added some diastatic malt powder to help with a little extra color. Cooked on a screen (complete A+ hack to easy pizzas and shaping) - 10 ish minutes at 550 degrees with a baking STEEL.
Used Daves Pizza Oven dough recipe. Pretty much no reason to get takeout NY style these days when a plain pie is $25+ in Chicago.
