I've found some older threads on this but they're all archived so starting again.

I'm on my 4th week of 0.25mg. My primary symptom has been silent reflux, so feeling like I have the flu 2-3 days after the shot. From what I've read, the acid comes up from my stomach, into my esophagus, triggering an immune response. I primarily have a runny nose, sore throat, and body aches. At first I thought it was an actual illness but realizing I was in bed all weekend for the past 4 weeks made me curious about the connection.

I started taking Prilosec for my acid reflux but the body aches suck. I have 2 little kids and hate that I'm so useless around them on the weekends.

Has anyone had these symptoms that got better over time? Im opting to stay on 0.25mg another month but if I still have the flu like symptoms each week, I will have to stop.

I have an interview with the AWS Energy Team for a role I would be exceptional at. It's similar to what I do now, but with more money.

I'm conflicted because I generally like my current job/company, but I feel like I have outgrown my role. My company is not doing promotions at the moment due to budget control, so I have been considering going external.

I see AWS culture varies widely by team. Can anyone on the Energy team provide some feedback on the work, culture, etc etc.

Does anyone have better luck with a specific mineral composition in their sunscreen? I see varying percentages of Zinc Oxide and only some also include Titanium.

I would have assumed the higher the better but it does not correlate to price.

Is it preference??
