Hi all! I just graduated college and am planning on moving to Waukesha this summer for work. I have looked into a couple apartments in the area, but really liked the look/feel of the Berg Management Company properties such as the Putney Apartments. I am a little hesitant with these properties; they are very budget friendly and I haven’t figure out what the catch is… Does anyone have any experience living in these properties, specifically the downtown properties? I would love to know if this is a safe, reliable, and smart option. Any feedback would help, good or bad!
