I live in central Ohio and I saw a freaking blue spotted salamander outside my house?? I read they don’t live here and are endangered in Ohio

Like I genuinely can’t take this shit anymore like bro I don’t even want to say what’s happening inside my brain it’s so vulgar and disgusting and it’s so fucking constant bro everyone says it’ll get better dawg it’s quite literally only gotten worse my ocd has never even like shown signs of getting better idk how the fuck to deal with this or what to even do with myself like I’m sorry this post is like really impulsive and I probably sound crazy I just like genuinely don’t know what to do

New baby
I just got this little folk like 4 days ago he seems pretty normal and chill except for his feet, one of his toes was black and broken which fell off and I’ve been cleaning and it doesn’t seem to be getting worse it seems fine. But his toes are very flimsy and his feet idk if I should be worried about this or not bc he or she idek is just a baby
