If you’re trying to do an assumption loan on a Mortgage from a divorce. ( Truist says they will do it )…… Don’t do it !!! On May 6 th D J send me the application to move forward. It is now June 25 th and no response to my calls …. emails nothing. I did get a letter yesterday in the mail that they pulled my credit. I have only a certain amount of time per divorce decree. Today I just pulled the trigger and paid off my mortgage. Worthless dishonest company. Any one else had this same issue with this horrible company?!?

Just left the jewelers. (2nd marriages for both of us). We picked out our rings and his was about $5k and mine was about $23k. I was just in shock about his band mostly…. but maybe I’m old.
