Recently upgraded my ring! Ring is 2 ct radiant cut lab diamond with two kite cut side stones (.8ct total). I bought this ring on Etsy and it turned out great! My finger is size 4.75.

Prozac has been a game changer drug for me. Helps me manage my OCD and I’ve been on it for a couple of years now. The only major side effect I have is night sweats, which all things considered, isn’t too bad but it’s been getting worse lately. Every single night I wake up soaked, it’s starting to disrupt my ability to sleep. I’ve tried common remedies like magnesium and nothing is working. Any recommendations for managing this?
