Winter Riser Advice?

Hey all.. Hoping to get some advice here. About a year ago we moved into our place and the septic tank outlet baffle was broken. The first week I repaired it and installed a filter. Ended up covering up the tank the original way with dirt. This has become a pain to clean so I decided to install risers. My tank top is about 18 inches from the level of the ground. I bought tuf tite risers as that's all that was available around me unless I wanted to spend double the price to order some in. The tank adapter has been sealed to the top with butyl tape and polyurethane in between the riser sections. My question is since I've removed the dirt will I have any freezing issues in the winter? We average around -15c and can get down to - 30 to - 40. Also will I have any freezing issues ripping the riser off the tank? Any recommendations on my install to alleviate issues in the future? Should I pour concrete around the adapter ring or insulate it some how?

Also can I just put dirt back around or do I need gravel?

Thanks in advance!!

We were unable to deliver your package BS

Has this happened to anyone else? Tracking shows they attempted delivery twice but I have cameras everywhere and no attempts were ever made or attempted delivery notices left.. I live on a rural property and now my package is 45min one way to an access point. Customer support is absolutely useless with their broken English and 2 dollar amazon basics mics. Is this a normal thing that happens? Seems ridiculous I paid over 150 for shipping to the have to make a 1.5 hr round trip to get it.

Water Heater Element Help??

I'm looking to replace the water heater element on my parents John wood cascade 40. It's very old and they don't have the funds for a new one. The lower element is pooched and everything else checks out so I was going to swap just that since there's no leaks. The problem I'm having is I can't find a bolt on element that has the support arms for the thermostat in it. Wondering if anyone knows what these would be called or where to find them? Thank you. It's 240v 3000w
