NEED Help!

NEED Help!

As the title says - I need help! I stumbled across this sub a few months ago and have been quietly lurking ever since. We have a vaulted ceiling in our LR and my wife and I are looking to create something on our TV wall that’s functional and aesthetically pleasing. We want to get rid of the boring entertainment center that we have at the moment and create some sort of built-in surround that can be a focal piece.

I’ve seen a lot of really amazing ideas on here, so I’m trying to get the help of all the people that are way more creative than I am. We obviously want storage, shelves or cabinets, a place we can store shoes and what not. The hardest part is what to do as you get closer to the vault angle. We’re not going to put storage all the way up to the ceiling because it’s not functional - but I’m also open to ideas.

I see a lot of people on here repurposing the Billy bookshelf, but wasn’t sure that would fit my needs because it’s too wide. Any ideas would be amazing!

Current setup (new to this sub)

Finally got bored a few years ago of having everything at my fingertips digitally. I used to love looking through album artwork, reading the artist Thank Yous, etc. I don’t really have a ton of hobbies, so I decided why not pickup a really expensive one?! I’ve slowly been building my collection ever since.

• Audio Technica AT-LP70X turntable
• Fluance Ai41 speakers

To answer the question, no, the albums on the wall are not in direct sunlight. I switch them out every month also - kinda like a MySpace top 5. 😂
