helicopters circling for an extended period of time (alleged fugitive chase according to another post here)
reese blvd. multiple low flyovers, circling for at least an hour. according to comments on the other post made here, it was a blue mustang that crashed and a convict or fugitive was on the run. dude is BIG time screwed if he got caught.
