I am about fed up with Google home and the whole Gemini thing. I am thinking about switching to another system. What are the options out there and does anyone have a recommendation. I can go apple but prefer something that isnt proprietary. want to switch. Is it worth it or just keep hoping Gemini gets better

Like the title says, my beater bar on my Dyson v11 keeps cutting out.the motor still has suction but the beater bar stalls out and won’t work. I tighten everything and then it works again for a while.
Any ideas out in Reddit land on what the problem is. And yes I cleaned the beater bar.
