"Last Inn Rest" after NG+

Hey like, has anybody reloaded their Inn Rest after NG+, but before resting at the first inn? I'm curious if this will take me all the way back to >!the unmoored dwelling!< or just back to the very very beginning. I tried searching around for this specific predicament but couldn't find an answer.

only reason I even care is to redo certain cutscenes with different armor on lmao IYKYK.

edit: tried it, Inn Save option just took me back to the beginning in the excavation site.
