Sorry guys, this is all I had to wear when I switched to sorcerer
To make it even more comical my character looks exactly like my husband so now I just see his ass cheeks when I climb things 🤷🏻♀️😁

wanted to go Gandalf but i like the sorcerer set too much lol
I love this hand behind back but chest up animation, it gives the royal knight vibes, and I got lucky with the lightning.
I bought it last year, without knowing what the game is premises and mechanic. Never played the first one, just an impulse buying. Just started days ago and my god there's so much hidden mechanics the game doesn't tell you. Mind you I come from witcher 3 and ac rpg series, which they explain game mechanics plain and simple. Just yesterday I watch youtube videos about DD2 guide and just learned there's affinity points, how to get maister skills, and mission NPC could die! Which the game doesnt tell and just learned History section on pause menu is a fundamental thing to open, even DD2 map is smaller compared to those game but travelling felt so vast, maybe there's no horse in this game, and don't start about those Mines and Caves, I thought the caves were short and ended with Chests but nope, found a chimera hanging around on waterfall caves, instant turned back! My progress is still too early (haven't talk to brant inside inn because too busy exploring) But something irks me, the performance is hideous on PC, water reflection is ugly when DLSS is turned on but yeah I just have to enjoy it hoping Capcom fixed it. Lastly, conclusion, Capcom wher DLC??
Does it still count as playing an archer if your boots are your primary weapon?
Ladybug is ready for any adventure you have in store, Arisen. Currently L35 mage. May change vocation in NG+
My second playthrough and I’m finding things I completely missed in the past.
I am absolutely beyond livid right now. I started "Every Rose Has Its Thorn".
So everything was going fine, I asked Google for help during... What it told me was to give the murder report to Willhelmina FIRST THEN get the Bribery Report after saying "Continue to assist till the end."
So I panicked as she said we were about to do the assassination, jumped out the building to try to get the Bribery Report, handed it to Brant.
Brant secured his aid, okay cool. NOW I can get back to talk to Willhelmina, especially since the quest updated.
Even if I didn't secure Brant's help, she still got the evidence, her name should be cleared, she should be FINE, RIGHT?
WRONG apparently. I am so sick of this game having 57 different endings for each quest and if you get the wrong one a character either permanently dies or gets arrested. Now I have to NG+ just to do one thing different so I get the good ending.
For anyone questioning, I love this game, I have hundreds of hours into it. I was a huge DD:DA Veteran, with nearly or over 2000 hours into the original game across all platforms. I even own the Switch version. But this right here was my breaking point, as someone who is a Completionist this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
I couldn't even get into the fucking room to save her nor could I interact with the painting to see into the room. Livid is not even the word.
I've been doing tedious quest after tedious quest. All of this was so much more manageable in the first game.
Oh and not to mention, when they say "last inn rested at" they include your house in that. How was I supposed to know that?
Right before this I did the Fulvio sculpture quest and it went amazingly, I prepped by placing a portcrystal at the Medusa's lair and a portcrystal at the Griffin's nest. That one was by far the most tedious because we DO NOT HAVE AN ETERNAL FERRYSTONE, FOR NO REASON!!!
I even did all of the Sphinx puzzles including the first seeker token one! I was so scared I was gonna fail it but I got it.
NPC's do not respawn in a game that desperately NEEDS respawning NPC's!!!!!! No, we have to waste our hard-earned wakestones on random NPC's because if we don't they'll die permanently. This didn't happen to me thankfully but "WTF DO YOU MEAN BEREN DIED?!?!?! WHAT THE FUCK?!?!"
It's like do I save the Wakestones, do I waste an Eternal Wakestone one time in the morgue of that town that time?? When do I use the Eternal Wakestone?
I have no intention of letting Dragonsplague end any town no matter what so do I sell it or keep it??
I had spent time researching every quest I've been doing and my one slip up is because I used Google.
I get it's my own fault but if this were DD1, all I'd have to do is hand the evidence over and it'd all be good, there wouldn't be all these extra steps.
The only one even slightly as annoying as this is Aelinore's questline. But DD:DA was less offensive in this regard because it was significant smaller and there's only 2 towns. It's easy to 100% complete DD1 due to the smaller size and short story.
But this game has 85 quests, 61 being sidequests, with multiple quests taking you across the map and back again, and this map is MASSIVE, and it isn't like the first game where you could at least buy Ferrystones at the Black Cat. In this game you just have to hope you can find Ferrystones or have them delivered to one of your houses.
I'm happy we got the open world we wanted, but we needed serious fast travel this time, and we needed FAR more enemies types.
Didn't know whether to put this under Humor or General Discussion. Figured it's more funny than discussion so yeah, though if it's wrong I could take it.
Moral of the story, Google is not your friend.
Over an hour show... one week after DD 1 anniversary... GET READY, ARISENS
I'm so happy that my beloved characters are finally max level
I just wanted to show Capcom some love, like, 'Hey, I love this game so much that I maxed it out. Now please give us an expansion/DLC already!'
But my DD2 journey isn't over yet—I still have my alt account to play 😂
If you enjoy traveling with my Pawn, please feel free to add me on PS5 : MissDanteRinri
My boy Tate decided to pick up a red barrel while I was spraying flames...he was okay...but then one of you monsters did something horrible to him, the healing tome for a reward, how dare you!? Really looking forward to my next day off
Also if you sit at camp your pawns will just lay down and sleep. This game is so freaking good!
"Dragon's Dogma" The Movie. Has a nice ring to it.
I bought this game because all the hype and reviews made it sound like a dynamic open world where anything could happen at anytime and it is supposedly really popular. but I'm not seeing any of that or the appeal of the game.
There's different genres of RPGs of course but each one has its central appeal. JRPGs are story centered, deep story telling, fully hashed out characters, effort put into music etc. its like you're playing an epic story.
Then you have open world sandbox RPGs like Elder Scrolls or Kingdom Come Deliverance, where the world is very open, malleable, and interactive.
Then you have more combat focused dungeon crawlers like Diablo, where its more about the thrill, but you're also give a degree of freedom in customizing your character.
so far in this, the game is completely linear, you run through extremely restricted and annoying mazes, there's absolutely nothing open about it at all. the character creation has a lot of customization but then thats it. Can't really spend stat point, you can select from a handful of different skills in your very limited restricted "Vocation", the AI of NPCs is, well...non existent, they stand in one spot usually, and stay there no matter what time of day or night, except for a few random people walking around, you have the option to "talk" to them but then they just say some stupid meaningless line, you rarely ever have any dialogue choices. it gets very annoying running from one place to another, it doesn't feel like an adventure, but more like driving. like driving to work on the highway restricted to a road system.
The enemies are super receptive and infrequent, so far anyway, the plot is very generic and shallow, it both tries too hard but not hard enough, the voice acting and things characters say is just so shallow, dry and cringe. and the whole like high fiving whatever random "pawn" you have following you around is super cringe. and they try to make the pawns act like genuine characters but they just aren't characters, just bodies that say the same boring lines.
What am I missing. There has to be some reason its so popular, I feel like I'm playing an old PS2 RPG just without the nostalgia, and less fun but better graphics. there's nothing really unique about it, nor does it copy the more enjoyable aspects of other RPGs its only original in shallow little ways. This youtuber who convinced me to play it said "ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN' but I don't see it. I see the same exact things happening over and over. My character neither feels like a manifestation of my own imagination and choice OR an interesting scripted character. Just a body that I run around with and use my generic little moves.
Maybe I just got spoiled coming straight from Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 and 2 and feel like I'm taking a step backwards in almost every dimension. I find myself not looking forward to getting off work anymore, and just bored driving home at night. I'll play for maybe 45 min and get distracted and just end up on youtube lol. I'm going to give it another day but I feel like I'm missing something. usually I can at least see the appeal to a game and why other people like it, even if I don't like it. but here I'm not. It just feels empty. like if it was one of those free mobile games just with a bigger budget, better graphics and better combat physics I guess. like they were just whipping something together and using the new tech and better graphics just to sell a repacked version of something old and generic. Like the whole PS3 era of gaming.
I felt like I was on a role getting back into gaming again after KCD, Bannerlord and KCD2 but now I'm getting very bored with the PS5 after 3 games. I don't even see anything else appealing. 😢
her name is Fjora :)
(no I’m not trying to be funny by saying 67, it’s just her level because that’s the most important thing people look for.)
