Excited to finally use Ionna, came home disappointed because of false advertisement.

Ionna opened their first DCFC in Orange County CA, I was on my way home and decided to charge. Plug and play worked as advertised through Hyundai Pay.

Their website listed a promo rate of 20c/kw but I was charged the standard 39c/kw. Reached out to Ionna and their response was the promo expired at midnight and I showed them a screenshot of the current page listing 20c/kw and response was well since payment was done through Hyundai Pay you gotta explain it to Hyundai to receive a refund of our false advertisement.

What kind of shit is this?

Had to pull over into Hyundai Corporate parking lot

I’m officially 2 for 3 EGMP cars ICCU blowing up. Put the car into reverse and heard a pop just like my 2024. I work down the street from corporate so I pulled in and waiting for a tow. Of course it’s after hours.
