ppl im looking forward to banasthali aptittude test for btech and maybe ill get cse there or ai the placements are pretty decent but yrr it is a jail like campus mtlb you will be locked so should i compromise my college life with it because they dont at all allow you to go out ever in the whole 10 months apart from diwali break

Hey everyone, need urgent college suggestions based on my profile:

• JEE Main: ~6 Lakh
• VITEEE: 67k
• 12th Boards: 84.4% (PCM, Haryana Home State(female))
• Target Branch: B.Tech CSE / IT (I enjoy coding and want a secure job backup)
• Max Total Budget: ₹16 Lakhs (Tuition + Hostel for 4 years)

My Goal: I need a decent tech job backup via placements, but I also want to prepare for State Civil Services during college. I need a place with decent CSE opportunities but enough personal time after classes (no mandatory 9-to-9 daily schedules).

Open to moving out (UP, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Punjab, etc.).

1. Can I realistically secure a Category 2 CSE specialization seat at VIT Bhopal with a 67k rank, and is it manageable for civil services prep?
2. Will my 12th board marks (84.4%) fetch a good tech seat + merit scholarship at places like Graphic Era Dehradun, Chitkara, or JECRC within my budget?
3. Any other high-ROI suggestions that balance coding placements with self-study time?
