Middle Market to Small Biz

Currently I’m a remote renewal UW making $80k (incl bonus) for middle market policies with premium between $100k-$200k. Ideally I’d like to stay within middle market for a production/senior UW role. There’s an open role for everything I’m looking for EXCEPT it’s for small business vs middle market; Lead UW role and base salary of $115k.

Would it be a mistake to go from complex middle market policies to small biz? I’m thinking this would give me a lot of insight on the production side of things and leading a team. I just am not trying to get into an area of underwriting where AI could take over. Example; automated selections, low risks, etc.

Thoughts?

Cat Allergies in Phoenix

My cat is almost 3 years old and is domestic shorthair. I adopted him at 5 months and he started to get allergies / congestion about 4 months ago. His nose is dry as hell too. Took him to the vet a couple of times, did X-rays and his heart/lungs are healthy. He has no discoloration in mucus but sometimes has a runny nose and its completely clear. His appetite, energy, personality and everything is fine. I even changed my detergent to something for clean/fragrance free, no plug ins like febreze and got a HEPA air filter/purifier thing to help clean the air.

Has anyone else experienced this with their cat babies? Is is the dust and dryness of the air? I’m wondering if this is like chronic allergies or something

Apartments with parking garages?

I’m a single 27F and I’m moving from phx. i know the snow is going to be an adjustment- a possible job opportunity will be located in Lone Tree so I’m looking in that area, highlands park and Littleton. Are there any apartments in this general area with parking garages?

I found Aspect Apartments in Lone Tree and this is looking like my best option but was curious if anyone else had insight!!

Also curious if these are good areas for socializing- I don’t want to live in or near the heart of denver but rather the suburbs still close to coffee shops, plazas, etc to do things!
