Double charge

So I was charged twice for a monthly subscription. I tried asking for a refund but they refused saying some bs about no refund on services received digitally. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I really like kling and don't want to have to cancel. But if I'm charged double, at least give me double my credits. Sheesh.

Is this normal?

I'm making an AI video movie and it decided to cast Carrie Preston (Elsbeth) as my brunette heroine. Is this common? I would have thought it would trip some sort of content violation.

I'm assuming it's because of the heavy about of redheads in my video. Lol
