Should I stop focusing on my glutes?

I’ve been feeling really discouraged lately. I started focusing on growing my glutes around the middle of March, and while I’ve seen some progress, I haven’t been successful with reducing my belly or back fat. I’ve been trying to do a body recomposition, but the scale has gone up about 10 pounds over the last 3 months, which has been really hard for me mentally and my clothes that used to fit somewhat loose is now TIGHT. I lost 50 pounds this past year, so gaining weight again honestly terrifies me. Part of me wants to stop focusing on glute growth for now and shift my focus back to losing weight.

Vanilla layering perfume recommendations!

Hello,

This is what I use for my perfumes. Although I am struggling because it does not last. I can smell it for about 30 minutes and then the scent is gone. Any recommendations? Or what’s a long lasting affordable vanilla perfume that last the entire day?

Hello,

Btw- I’m a beginner to manifesting.

First time posting. In January, I got the courage to approach my SP. I gave him my Instagram and he added me. I never got a message and so I message him, but was left on open. In March, I got frustrated because I would crash out everyday, so I unfollowed him. Although I really want to get to know him and I’ve been affirming every single day for a few weeks now and keeping a positive mindset. Today, I’m just over it and I want to stop affirming. I’m tired and literally see no progress. I just hate that I see him everyday and I just want to get over it and move on but I find it difficult.

What should I do? Should I wait even though I really want to get to know him?

Hello,

I’ve been trying to better my curls. Although this happens after I dry it.

My routine:

L’Oréal ever pure shampoo and conditioner

Rizos heat protective leave in

Rizos curl cream

Rizos or combat gel

Moroccanoil hair oil

I wash my hair 3x a week and use a silk bonnet.

I air dry my hair because a diffuser makes my hair stiff and weird.

Hello,

I’m trying to grow my glutes. I’m about 1 1/2 months in the gym. How does my current split look? Is this too much or enough?

Monday:

Hip thrust 4x

RDL 3x

Bulgarian split squat 3x

Hamstring curl 3x

Abductor 3x

Wednesday:

Hip thrust 4x

RDL (only two sets) heavy weight

Bulgarian split squat 3x

Leg press 3x

Friday:

Hip thrust 4x

RDL 3x

Bulgarian split squat 3x

Abductor 3x

Leg extensions- not often

I do feel very insecure because my hips are not noticeable. I understand that I cannot grow them but is there any way I can minimize how tucked in they are?

Every week I increase weight by 5 or if I feel like I still want to perfect my form I keep the same weight
