Bad dreams
I keep having really bad dreams about my recent relationship.I was broken up with three weeks ago and I have been lacking sleep because I keep having recurring dreams about the breakup.It starts with me begging for them not to leave me and then eventually turns into pure rejection and then being replaced.Is it common for people going through breakups to have dreams like this?
