Plain unsweetened cashew-coconut yogurt, toasted coconut granola, frozen berries, roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
Breakfast: high protein tofu in balsamic, topped with sliced tomato, basil, and balsamic glaze; grapes; mushroom coffee in a thermos to keep it hot and prevent spilling; water in a leak proof bottle. The only prep cleanup was a cutting board and knife.
