L9 salary expectations for 7 YOE

Hi, I recently cleared the client interview for L9 role in Accenture for a Data engineering.
Can someone tell me what can I expect in terms of salary?
I was earning 12 LPA before and have an offer of 25 LPA fixed. Will Accenture match that or I should give up?
If anyone is L9 here can you guys tell me if there’s a bracket for this role and what that salary bracket is basically?

Which Company to join in India?

Hi
I was impacted by the recent layoffs.
Fortunately I got a few offers, can you guys please help me decide.
A few conditions here

  1. I live in Gurgaon
  2. Have a toddler at home

Company A- I have one 26 LPA fixed offer for Noida, 3 days office, just a promise of cab facility but not official, shift timings-2 to 9 PM
Ghosted me for a good time after 7 interviews but finally gave me an offer

Company B - another is again in Noida 22 LPA fixed but 9AM-6PM, official door to door cab facility, 2 days from office
Have been genuinely interested from the start, HR is quite responsive here

Company C- I have cleared all technical and only HR discussion is pending but it’s in Gurgaon with 3 days work from office
I feel they will match the offer of 26 LPA but they said initially that they follow 80% fixed and 20% variable pattern
But it’s in Gurgaon and near my partner’s office so commute is no absolutely no issue

The major issue here is I was joining of company A on upcoming Wednesday and I have no offer from C yet and B’s joining is in 3 weeks as they need to complete Background verification first.

If I leave A, and I don’t get offer from C somehow then I lose 4 LPA, but my family still feels that I should give up A as I was ghosted for a while and it tells you a lot about company culture. They feel even if C doesn’t give you an offer, B has been transparent and upfront and door to door free cab is a huge plus.

Please help me decide here, when the tech landscape is shit these days, is it worth to give up on 4 LPA.
NOTE- In terms of brand value all of the 3 are comparable, not like one is better than other. All 3 are service based.
