Sudden hormonal acne at 40 - please help!

Please, if anyone has any solid recs, let me know...

About 5 months ago, I broke out with huge cystic acne all over my chin area. Before that, my skin was perfectly clear with the occasional small pimple. For context, I had already been off of hormonal birth control for a year when this happened, and I recently had my labs done to check my hormones, thyroid, and other issues (all clear).

I really don't want to go back on birth control, so when I saw the derm, he put me on Dapsone and Spironolactone. Dapsone broke me out even more all over my face. I quit the Dapsone, and the derm switched me to Winlevi instead and upped my Spiro to 150mg per day.

While this was all going on, I quit using all actives and stripped my skincare down to this:

  • Krave Matcha Hydrating cleanser 1x per day (evening)

  • Dieux Instant Angel moitsurizer (1x per day - morning)

  • Avene Cicaflate moisturizer (1x per day - night)

I was also swapping my pillowcase out every night. I was on that routine for several weeks. Everywhere but my chin cleared up.

About 3 months ago, I started to see an esthetician, who I now see monthly for Enzyme Therapy facials, and she's put me on this routine:

  • iS Clinical face wash (2x per day)

  • Face Reality 5% mandelic acid (every other day)

  • Face Reality Hydrating Gel (1x per day - morning)

  • Avene Cicaflate moisturizer (1x per day - night)

  • Winlevi (2x per day)

and I've recently slowly added the Face Reality Acne Med cream, using it like a mask at night (2 hours on, then wash off and finish with normal night routine).

My diet is good, I don't feel particularly stressed, and I'm moderately active.

I'm at my wit's end. Every time I think it's getting better, new huge cysts appear the next day. I'm seeing a different derm in August for a 2nd opinion.

PLEASE HELP. Budget is not an issue.

Help me find this band, it's driving me crazy

I'm trying to find a band that I listened to back in the late 90s. An all-girl pop-punk band (who all had very cool hair) that I think was from Sweden or some other European country (songs were in English). They had a song that starts with the lyric "Go where you know" and I think it was also titled that. I cannot find the song or the band anywhere and it's driving me insane.
