Blurry whatsapp story.

Hi, I was wondering why the whatsapp story now appears blurry like in the screenshot and up until now it was always a clear picture.

I don't want to actually view the story for various reasons, I am just wondering if they changed something from settings or it was a poor internet connection when they uploaded it.
