for a bit of context, i’m a toy collector from the UK and just bought 4 individual toys from a canadian seller (these toys weigh 15 grams each on average). the total cost of shipping came up to almost 30 CAD (as shown in my screenshots), which seems a bit steep for me..

i have bought from a different canadian seller previously, and shipping came up to about 12 CAD for 4 items (weighing about the same as this current order)

how do i know if i have been overcharged for shipping? and if i have been, what can i do? thank you so much in advance!
