What advice do you have for me, I’m hopeless

What advice would you have for someone who prefers drama, anxiety, fights with her loved ones, adrenaline, rather than quiet routines and silence?

23F, I’ve struggle with severe depression, anxiety, ADHD and addiction for 8 years now. I’ve always had trouble with loneliness, silence and routines, which leads me to have unhealthy behaviours for myself and for my partners. One of my traits is metacognitions, I constantly overthink my patterns and how good of a person I am. I go to therapy, I have a stable job and friends (that I unfortunately don’t see often due to my depressive episodes or my isolation). I’m not sure what to do, anything would help at this point

Convince me not to buy a pack

I’ve had a terrible day and « It’s not worth it, i’ll regret buying one but i won’t regret staying sober » doesn’t seem to be working today. Helphelphelp
