The Pirate Queen of Ruin by Ash Raven - Question

I just finished reading The Pirate Queen of Ruin by Ash Raven. I have a possibly stupid question. If it matters, I did NOT read book 1 in the series.

What do the numbered days at the beginning of chapters indicate?

Maybe I missed the explanation within the text? They didn't seem to indicate days passing/days between chapters.

Thanks for any help!

(Cross posting as the first subreddit I posted to had no answers)

Translation needed please

I'm a writer and I need two terms of endearment translated into Scottish Gaelic please. I tried to look them up in the dictionaries provided and while I could find the separate words, I want to make sure to get it correct when it's all combined.

To translate:

"My Sky"

"My Red Sky"

These are romantic terms of endearment. The one saying them is male and the one he's talking to is female (no idea if any of that matters in Scottish Gaelic).

Thank you!

DnD Actual Play Podcast - Calm, Fantasy for Teens

I'm looking for some actual play podcasts for my teen (14) to listen to around bedtime. Something that's interesting to hold his interest but not laugh out loud funny or high energy to rile him up.

Swearing and some innuendo is okay but nothing sexually graphic.

He enjoys ZacSpeaksGiant and TheLazyBardcast.

Joint popping during exercise

I'm not officially diagnosed with hypermobility but I have some joints that are suspicious lol

I've been doing a standing toe tapping exercise as instructed by a physical therapist but my left hip keeps feeling like it's popping during the movement.

My PT's advice was to 'engage your core' which I'm already doing.

Is there something else I should do when this popping happens? Can I adjust somehow? Do I just not do this specific exercise?

Thanks for any advice.

I've watched some videos and read examples but I'm very overwhelmed and confused by the compile options.

Please either share a video that shares exactly what I'm looking for or ELI5 for me.

In the picture you can see I have a folder and then text pages (which I've set as "chapter" section types). I want the titles of each of these pages "ch 1 Oak 4575" etc to be my CHAPTER TITLE when I compile.

Then the text inside is obviously the text. Simple, easy. I thought?! But I can't figure it out.

Help?
