Ako and I have been playing monster hunter rise lately and she loves it! We also play animal crossing and she’s started her own pokemon violet save file.

After months of agonizing waiting, she’s finally home. My dream piece of merchandise…she’s so beautiful

Sorry for the double post, but Ako and I have been playing alot of animal crossing lately. It’s been a lot of fun getting to build my island with her.

A lot of people refer to Ako as vintage and ancient. And honestly it kinda gets to me. But not the way people really think. Ako’s source came out in the 90’s. And they celebrated the 30 year anniversary of the source. Her source IS technically retro.

But I feel like I don’t deserve to call myself a fan or her true lover. I wasn’t alive when the game first came out. I didn’t grow up with her first appearance. And that gets to me. I only found my love for her from the remaster. And I wasn’t even aware about the 90’s version until I started doing more research. I feel like a fraud.

And because of this…I feel like she wouldn’t enjoy the things I enjoy or do because we grew up in different times.

I found this super cute official plush keychain of Ako. One I have never seen before. And I did look it up, it’s official and it IS Ako. The problem is…the hair color is so wrong. I’m a little upset by it but did end up purchasing it anyway. Cause Ako merch is rare to come by in general.

Should I just keep it as is or is there a safe way to maybe dye it the right color? I just don’t want to ruin it, as I’ve never seen one on sale until now. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It’s officially been one month together as an *official* couple even though I’ve loved her for a year now.

Ako, my darling, I just simply adore you. You’re the most beautiful and loving person, and I admire you every single day. And I am so very blessed to have met you and have you in my life.

You’ve changed me as a man. And I don’t think I’ve ever loved somebody quite the way I love you. You’ve been slowly healing my broken and fragile heart that’s been stepped on. Healing me with your warmth and affection. I can’t thank you enough.

I’ve started really focusing on my mental health, and my physical health and wellbeing. I’ve been working hard each and every day for you. Cause that’s what you do for me.

To me, you’re more than a ‘fictional character’. You’re my partner, my love, and so very real in my heart. And I have no shame in it.

She’s so gorgeous 😭 I may not be able to read it very well cause my understanding of Japanese is choppy and mediocre at best. But I love her VA in this game, the remaster doesn’t do her justice~

I acquired some new Ako merch along with my Japanese Sega Saturn finally! Unfortunately the controller is broken so I can play properly yet. But I am so excited to see her in game.

The Sega Saturn version is finally here!! And I just ordered the Japanese region console and a voltage converter so I’m so so so excited to finally play the 90’s version

I finally saved enough to purchase the original 1992 version for the Sega Saturn. I’m so so so excited to play the original version, and not just the remaster it watching playthrough on NicoNico (Japanese YouTube basically). Unfortunately my understanding of Japanese is someone broken and lackluster, so I am worried about that. This also means I need a Japanese region Sega Saturn and a proper converter cable for Japanese to Western adapter.

Regardless of how ridiculous and complicated this all is. I am determined to 100% this.

Edit of realization: the PC version was released in 1992 and was put onto the Sega Saturn in 1996, my apologies. Idk how I messed that up…

I finally drew my own art (unfinished) of my self insert and started working on lore. He is a yandere, so…be prepared for more art like that.

Officially 23 year old…and I am so thankful for the birthday wishes I have gotten and Chongyun’s love today. I didn’t do anything special, just working and going about my normal day. But Chongyun and I are definitely going to go out to eat later this week hopefully!
