Replacement ID question

(Virginia) Just looking for some advice on what I need to bring to get a replacement ID. Not a drivers license, I do not have one, a real ID I guess is what it’s called. The ID wasn’t expired.

I don’t have an account with the DMV and it tells me online I need to visit a location to set one up. My ID wasn’t expired, but I know it had my old address on it, so that adds another layer to the problem.

I don’t have a copy of my birth certificate, I think my mom has it for some reason and I’ve asked her to check and mail it to me since she lives out of state. I also don’t have a passport. What I do have:

My social security card An old expired military ID A photo of the ID I lost, with the ID number Bank statements with my name and address Mail from my insurance company with my name and address

I changed my address through USPS when we moved but that was quite some time ago so I don’t have the confirmation anymore. Is what I have enough to go in and get a replacement and change my address? If that’s not enough, what else can I bring? I rent my home through a family member and I don’t have any proof of rent, so that’s out. I think my name is on at least one of the utilities but it doesn’t get mailed to my name.

Silver Cross Wave 3

Does anyone know if Nordstrom or any other department stores have the silver cross wave 3 on the floor to test out? I looked at the locations near me and none have any in stock at the store to purchase but I wasn’t sure if that meant they also don’t have it on the floor, or if it’s just one of those that isn’t carried in store. Looking at our options for doubles and I’m not a huge fan of side by sides because I don’t want to worry about not fitting in aisles at the stores.

Install check

Can I have some help figuring out if I’m doing anything wrong? We’ve had this car seat for about a year (Cybex Callisto) and we just got a new car recently. Our old car was a truck with a bench seat and I never had any issues with my install. Love this car seat because the install is pretty straightforward. We got our new car a month ago which has captain chairs (clearly lol) and I’m really struggling to figure out what to do.

The seat gradually leans to the side it buckles on, and it seems to shift very slightly every single time I use the rotating feature. (See last 2 pictures, this is where the tilt is most obvious without posting pics of my son lol.) I’ve installed it from outside of the car, from the inside, had my boyfriend put weight into the seat and push it in tight while I did the belt, and it’s still tilting. I read online that the issue could be that I’m tightening the belt/shoulder strap too much since it’s going to the side with the buckle, but I made sure to not do that with this last install and it’s still happening. After a few days of installation it’s evident because I can see my son sitting at an uneven angle. What am I doing wrong? Is it possible the seat in the car is the culprit and maybe the side close to the buckle is softer/slopes down more? I read that I can twist the buckle stalk if my vehicle allows it because that could be causing this issue, but I haven’t tried that yet. I’m at a loss, this is an $800 car seat and I’m going to be really upset if it’s just not compatible with the seats in my car. We have a suburban if that matters.

Also, I believe the blue line on the base is the line for the “rear facing” option which is kind of covered by the buckle, but does that need to be straight or in line with the seat to determine if the recline level is appropriate? Sorry, I don’t know all the terminology. I plan on calling Cybex support tomorrow to get some advice from them but this is just having me super stressed out. Didn’t have this problem in our last car :(
