Goji headphones voice constantly interrupts at low battery

i have a pair of Goji GTCBTNC24 wireless headphones . they're great , but every time they get to 20% battery or lower , the voice in then interrupts whatever im listening to to tell me it's at low battery . this happens every 30 seconds . does anyone know of a way to turn the voice off ?
