C3000z not connecting to internet after service activated
So I’m using a used c3000z and I’ve plugged it into the dsl port. I just had my internet service activated today, on the centurylink app it looks like service should already be running. However all that I can do is connect to the WiFi but still
Get no internet… I’ve tried factory reset of the router and replugging it in. When I called support they said there was a local outage but my neighbors with centurylink still have service and google also says otherwise. Would anyone have some advice as to what to do? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks
