I just want to commend Maribank Customer Service on their way of securing my account. For context, I got my phone stolen during a pride event in UP Diliman last June 27. I didn’t have the opportunity to call Maribank instantly because I don’t have any phone. So I got to call them the next morning which was Sunday. Thankfully they operate their CS during weekends and got my account blocked. I received a sim replacement a while ago and called their CS again to have my account unblocked and there I saw my hard earned money untouched 🥲 Thank you so much, Maribank and their CS.
