Have you ever felt any communication gap between you and your team ?

Have you ever had worked really hard on something with sleepless nights but expectation turned out to be completely different once you delivered ?

OR

Have you ever been in a situation where you were trying to convey an important point to your leader or team but it came out differently than what you were trying to convey ?

What sort of leaders do you prefer working with ?

Have you noticed any particular leadership trait or quality which makes you feel good to work with that person ?

or If you are a leader, then what quality do you think has helped your team well ?

Have you ever been in a meeting and had an idea but did not speak up ?

I have seen colleagues and friends keeping quite despite having an opinion in meetings as they tend to believe it's something that everyone already knows. But, later on someone else in the group gives same suggestion.

Have any of you been in that position ?

Why do you think it happens ?
